Cancellation fees are as follows:

We are not responsible for a participant’s physical condition or choice of attire that may affect his ability to keep up. Please contact us regarding suitable attire and let us know in advance if you have any physical or dietary limitations.

There are no free participants or participants that do not eat and simply accompany a participant. There are no exceptions. This helps ensure that everyone’s experience is respected.
